BOB LOG III - MAITLAND

WED OCT 08

THE JUNKYARD

For over three decades, Tucson's own Bob Log III has brought his blues-inspired guitar playing across the world to rave reviews, dancing and laughter.

Bob Log III is an American slide guitar one-man band based in Arizona and Melbourne, Australia. During performances, he plays old Silvertone archtop guitars, wears a full body suit and a helmet wired to a telephone receiver, which allows him to devote his hands and feet to guitar and drums.  His show has been described as a blues punk guitar dance party.

Log tours internationally, performing about 150 shows each year, packing out joints for 20 years all over the World.

BERGY BANDROOM

Over the last few years, Gold Coast's Hammers have fast become one of Australia's most tirelessly active and difficult to categorise purveyors of heavy.

Anthemic, riff driven post-hardcore, alternative hooks by the fistful and pit-dwelling beatdowns... all dancing on the edge of where rock'n'roll falls hard for metal.

This Spring, armed with new material and a fire in the belly like never before, the lads hit the road on their ‘The Moment of Struth Tour’. Catch them at a watering hole near you up and down the East Coast of Oz.

MO'S DESERT CLUBHOUSE

New Zealand sludge/psych metal heavy-weights BEASTWARS return to Australia this November for their first East Coast tour since February 2020, lining up for one off shows on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Like bearing witness to a world sliding headlong into the abyss, Beastwars are no strangers to soundtracking times of war, disaster, and collapse – when half-truths and hidden agendas lurk behind every act of the world’s eroding empires.

The Southern hemisphere kings of apocalyptic metal rise again for their soon-to-be-released sixth studio album The Ship // The Sea, launching some fourteen years after their 2011 debut.
